Simple and perfect. No electric mixer needed. Had only one banana, so made up the rest of the 3/4 cup with unsweetened applesauce. Can't miss with this recipe!

Super simple and tasty. I had no pickle relish, so just finely chopped a dill slice. I'm enjoying it on mixed greens this time, but will use it for my next Reuben sandwiches, too."

I like this recipe very much. I used 20 oz. Cheddar and 10 oz. mozzarella, and topped the casserole with buttered bread crumbs before baking. I also used a bit more milk and half & half than called for in the recipe, just to keep it moist."

Super. Made as written, with unflavored feta. Did add 1/2 tsp. of dried dill to the mix as per one review. Used a mix of a bit of minced red onion and white onion, and sauteed to soften a bit as one reviewer suggested. Used fresh spinach, wilted in fry pan. Good treat ! And easier than working with the phyllo."

If we could still get Pasta-Roni Romanoff, I';d get that rather than cook this. This upside down cake is wonderful. I didn't have rum, and made my own buttermilk, and cake flour ... flour with some cornstarch. DID use fresh pineapple, but it had been cut in chunks for Easter brunch. It was just FINE that it wasn't in circle shape. Yummo ! Emeril's recipes are always super."

This soup is so very good. I didn't have green beans, so used frozen mixed vegetables instead of the green beans. It has so much flavor that it doesn't need salt. Super healthy, and people love it.
