Reviewed moroccan-style roast cornish hens with vegetables

I made this for a dinner party with chicken thighs rather than the hens --- had to alter the roasting instructions for the thighs, but it came out wonderfully. Sara was right when she described this as spicy, but not hot. You can taste all the flavors from the spices, but it's not hot.

I didn't make the couscous as one of the guests...
