Made this after watching the show.Very tasty, easy to fix. used 4 slices of thick cut bacon, and only 2 potatoes, but they were pretty good size, and didn't peel them. Used only 4 eggs, but probably could have used 5, or a smaller pan. Very good, with just that hint of balsamic vinegar."

Oh my goodness..Best chicken ever. Bought bone-in chicken breasts and cut them in half since they were so large. The sauce is amazing. I couldn't find fresh tarragon so used some dried, it is a great sauce! Wish I had made some rice or noodles to soak up the wonderful sauce!! Hardest part was finding the crime fraiche.

This pork roast is outstanding. I made it for a small dinner party, and it was great. I used a pkg of frozen chopped spinach instead of the fresh. I cooked it for about 30-35 minutes in the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. It was beautiful and tasted great!!"
