"Made this for lunch today paired with a low glucose noodle. carbs for spaghetti noodles was 5. It was so delicious. Will make again when craving the alfredo type of sauce . the noodles did not taste any different than the usual but were 3 times the cost...well worth it to watch the intake of carbs if you are a diabetic."
