Just great! My first time trying mustard greens and I bought a huge bunch each of spicy and regular. I also used thick cut bacon from a local farm. After reading reviews I added about 3 T of diced shallot and some garlic, skipped the sugar. I threw in a handfull of spinach at the end so it was bright green and also added a can of cannelini beans. "
