"I have a recipe given to me 20 years ago....delicious!! My friend has passed away. I bought the wafers in a german deli. I make 7 layers and put the ingreds on each wafer. Then put Heavy weights for 2 or 3 days. Then cut in squares or small triangles.

Problem.....they didnt stick well in layers....here is the ingreds.

"My power was out 8 days, some neighbors still out......no electric....I used my on the stove percolator that i saved for emergencies....i have a gas range top.....the coffee grinds went in most of the cups of coffee.....I used maxwell house coffee.....I guess years ago the coffee grinds were thicker for a on stove percolator..any ideas??

"I am still trying to get a very nice looking cheesecake.....my sides look like they stuck on the pan a little. Some recipes say to grease the sides, wondering what to use. I thought butter would burn, dont know what the perfect cheesecake makers would use....thanks"
