Simple to make, however the breadcrumb amount appears to be way off. After making the mix as directed, brushing top of fish with oil, and dipping into mix I ended up throwing out an entired cup of unused and contaminated bread crumbs. That also meant less garlic/parsley actually got onto the fish. I will make it again in the future, but try usin"
