"I don't know just what made this so flavorful but it was great. my wife and I both thought it was one of the best tasting meals we have had in long time. When I took the meat out of the freezer I thought it was corned beef so I simmered it in water for a couple of hours. Then I realized it was beef brisket so I followed the recipe from then on. I"
