Wow! Agree with other reviews~ extremely easy, few/basic ingredients, huge on flavor! Couple of modifications, dash of cayene & sauteed 2 tomatoes in with the garlic as they were going bad ( added some color). Served with bacon (used the precooked which cuts down on baking time) wrapped asparagus ( I steamed 1st before wrapping & baking),...

Delicious! Easy recipe, but oh so good. I omitted the lemon zest and didn't make the cream sauce because I didn't have the corn syrup. Vanilla ice cream melting over the still warm crisp was perfect. Made this 2 nights in a row and plan to keep it as a peach time favorite. Will try the cream sauce after reading the reviews!

Superb! Flavor explosion, moist & delicious. Hubby & 3 kiddos couldn';t "Mmm" enough. My roast was approximately 7 lbs, used 10 garlic cloves, but kept the rest of the seasonings as written, marinated for 13 hours. Baked for 5 hours at 325, then 45 min at 375, lowered to 250 for about an hour until hubby was home from work; meat fell off...

Easy & tasty. I sprayed my 9x13 with non-stick spray, then layered the bottom with corn tortillas since some reviewers said theirs was watery. Crumbled some turkey sausage & onions on top of chilis; used cheddar cheese. I didn't use water bath & baked it for 40 minutes. I like savory breakfast/brunch & will definitely make it again."

Great blend of sweet & spicy. Few ingredients required, and always in my cabinet. ( I did add a bit of honey :- My family has been a bit tired of salmon, so this change of flavor was a success. I doubled the recipe & drizzled extra on after it was with the other review, we grilled ours on foil as well, and didn't make the slaw. "
