"Quite tasty and very satisfying. Really didn't take that long to make at all.

I did think that there was a bit too much oil so next time I'll be using 1 tbspn less and will keep the same amount of butter. I also didn't have chicken stock on hand so ended up using chicken broth. I wanted more sauce so I used one can of chicken broth and about 1"

"This was amazing! I didn't use the olives, but everything else was de-lish. A definite dinner staple here.
I also changed the flour that the chicken was dredged in. I used 4 tbspns soy flour, about 10 tablespoons regular flour, about 10 tablespoons italian breadcrumbs and then the following seasonings: 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder, 1 teasp"
