Reviewed Emeril's Three Cheese Risotto
"This was my first time making risotto and i thought i would try this recipe. The overall flavor is good but the reason for this bad review is all about time. I followed the directions exactly and i ended up atanding over the stove stirring the risotto for 30 min and it still was not cooked! Turns out we had to put a lid on it to even get the rice to cook. I am very disappointed. I want Emeril to prove to me that it only takes 18 min to cook. FAIL!
