Followed recipe except instead of grilling on the outdoor BBQ (too cold out I did it on my stove top on my BBQ grill pan.

Very good recipe- trying to find one that both my husband and I LOVE. This comes close. He wasn't thrilled about the sauce on the top- but I thought it was the highlight.
