Just like being in a French bistro!
Cook the steaks first and then take them out of the pan to rest - I added a pat of herb butter to each steak. Then cook the leeks and be sure to add the tarragon it adds another layer of flavor to an already amazing supper. Wonderful!

This was an easy and tasty variation of tuna salad. I added some cooked elbow macaroni and used caperberries instead of pickles cause that's what I had on hand. Will make this again and again!"

This went together very quickly and was tasty. I used chicken broth instead of water and a little bit of siracha. It does need the cilantro and lemon juice so don't skip that. And for goodness sake don't overcook it. Five minutes is all it needs."
