Reviewed chickpea and potato soup

Don't get it...how did anyone rate this anything above 2 stars? It is as bland as can be, no discernible taste at all...simply a waste of ingredients. Skip this one.

I'm not a stew person, French or otherwise, but this was very good. As others indicated, I couldn't bring myself to use rib eye either...went with a chuck steak and it turned out just fine. I marinated it for a few hours since it's a tougher cut of meat. Yes, this does have a pronounced flavor of wine, but that is how the French intended it to...

Very easy, very tasty. I didn't modify anything at all except that I didn't have Greek yogurt so just used regular plain yogurt. I mixed up the meat a couple of hours before grilling it. I think that probably enhanced the flavor. This is a low fat, healthy (I went heavy on the spinach) recipe that I will definitely make again!

I watched this episode today on TV. The show and recipe don't match exactly. The written recipe is confusing; it should read "put all ingredients into food processor UP TO peanut oil." From peanut oil down does not go into the processor. The ingredients below are for the salad. The peanut oil is to fry to chicken. On that note, Guy specifically...

Did not care for this at all. I found the lemon overpowering and the horseradish not present. Plus, it didn't really "crust" like what you'd expect. Skip this one..."

This is a keeper. I only used 5 thighs for the recipe and can't imagine having enough marinade for the specified 10. I followed the recipe exactly except I only had red pepper flakes on hand. Was a fine substitute! I also left it in the fridge for about 5 hours before grilling. Give this one a try."

Very interesting flavor. I used ground turkey since that was all I had. It was quick, easy, and flavorful. What was best about it was that it was "light." This was the first time I used parchment paper with meatloaf - absolutely the way to go! Will make recipe again.""

Reviewed Lentils with Bulgur Wheat and Caramelized Onions: Moujadara with Burghul

Totally tasteless...even after adding additional spices (and fruit!) to jazz it up. The lentils are totally lost in the bulgar. If you're looking for a vegetarian meal, look on. This recipe is a waste of ingredients!"
