""Fantastic!" was the dinner review. I've never been able to stomach canned sardines, but I've wanted to eat more of them: 1. they are supposed to be a sustainable fish, not over-fished 2. one of the highest foods naturally high in Vit D.
Gave this a try, figuring they could always be eaten by the b.f. who likes canned sardines. Made a few changes"
Reviewed Ice Cubes
"Great recipe, def worth repeating. I esp liked that unlike a lot of gluten-free recipes, I didn't have to buy and odd specialty products (like xanthum gum or brown rice flour). And it is nice to have something that can be shared, and enjoyed, by those guest who can tolerate gluten products."
Reviewed Spring Lamb Stew
"I didn't feel I should give any stars, since I altered the recipe so heavily, but it was just too good to not rate. Found they cooked nicely with only a trace of oil in the pan. Good with hot honey mustard. Will use again for veggies that grate nicely, esp bags of frozen zucchini from th"
Reviewed Swedish Limpa Bread
"One of the best breads I've ever eaten or baked! Moist, tasty, lovely consistency and color. Might be a tinch off authentic swedish limpa bread. Even though we had already eaten, when it came out of the oven and we "tried" a piece, we ended up eating 1/2 a loaf. I highly recommending baking when you can can use it right away warm.
