Recently retired as a engineer and have been cooking since I was about 14 years old. After the first month of my 36 year marriage, I have been doing all of the all of the cooking for my family. My training has been trial and error and some amateur classes at an upscale pots, pans,tools small electric appliance store in Santa Fe, NM. The cooking classes were/are based on a particular cuisine or local chef. Classes are taught by a professional chef with occasional classes by local chefs still working the lines at restaurants;
