This has become one of my favorite stuffed pepper dishes. I make the recipe as is, but added 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, cayenne pepper and 1-2 tsp. of cumin to the rice mixture after it was cooked, which may help those that think this recipe is not spicy enough. I tried this last night and it was great. In fact, I threw away my old Chicken Marsala recipe. Only change, I added 1 tbs. chopped garlic before I deglazed and 1/4 cup of heavy cream at the end. Really good. Thanks Tyler!"
