Great and easy recipe. Didn't have the chili powder so used 1/2 teaspoon of chipotle chile powder, fire roasted diced tomatoes and instead of cheddar (hubby lactose intolerant) used 2-3 tablespoons of garlic herb goat cheese. Also skipped the oven. Very yummy!"

I agree with the reviews that the recipe is a good starting point. It's simple but surprisingly bland. I added extra seasoning, smoked hot sauce and some beer... that kicked it up a notch ; ).""

The flavor was delicious, but the meat was tough cooked at medium rare. I'll try other peoples suggestion next time and cook the meat at a lower temp for longer. The sauce was awesome! I didn't have fresh tomatoes, so I used a can of fire roasted dice tomatoes instead.

Delicious! Super easy and the boneless chicken breast came out perfect. I didn't have fresh thyme so instead used dried ground thyme and it was still very yummy. The taste of this recipe reminded me of shrimp scampi and is definetely a keeper!!!

This is one of my favorite recipes from Ellie. It's delicious and super easy. I made this for a dinner party and it was gone before everyone had a chance for seconds...oops :. It's also perfect for a busy Mom like me (with 3 kids under six to not have to spend to much time cooking a great meal. You won't regret trying this recipe!
