Excellent recipe - even without the cream cheese frosting. A few changes I made: I doubled the amount of cinnamon - could even have tripled the amount perhaps. Also I only had whole-wheat flour and had to use two 8x8x2" pans (because I didn't have a 9"x3" round, and didn't have all-purpose flour). Despite these changes the recipe was still awesome....
