I just knew I had to try this recipe after watching this episode! I had a brisket in the freezer already so I figured why not. I was a bit weary about the 2 cups of balsamic vinegar but after it cooked down, it was amazing! All of our guests loved it! I served it atop of mashed potatoes. The sauce poured over the meat doubled as a wonderful 'gravy'...
