Reviewed Panettone French Toast

"French toast part of this recipe was good, but didn't feel good about using 6 eggs so I used two eggs and 4 egg whites. Although it was good, using whole milk and heavy cream was far from heatlhy, next time I will skip the heavy cream and use skim milk with whole milk.""

Reviewed Lentil Sausage Soup

"I made this for dinner tonight but cut waaay back on the salt, Ina always seems to use too much salt in all her recipes. I added fresh kale, a can of drained salt free tomatoes. I served soup with fresh irish soda bread, delish :-)""

Reviewed Breakfast Cookies

"These cookies are outstanding! I added 1/4 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of cake flour, I did need to add a couple tablespoons of extra flour to make a stiffer dough, cookies took only 10 mins to bake in my oven. We love the fact they're healthy and not full of sugar and fat. :-)""

Reviewed Apple Crostata

"I discovered this recipe in '04, been making it every since. I do slice the apples and use 1/3 white and 1/3 cup of brown sugar, I omit the orange zest. It takes between 40-45 minutes to bake and I also brush the top it with half and half & sprinle it with cinn and sugar. Oh-la-la is it ever good :-""

Reviewed Toasted Coconut Marshmallows

"I made these this morning, they turned out great! I did reduce vanilla, other reviewers mentioned 1 TB was too much. ""

Reviewed Homemade Marshmallows

"I made these this morning, I was very disappointed at end results. Sprinkling powered sugar/corn starch mixture @ buttom of pan didn't work for me, I was left with a nasty yellow gooey mess. I did make another batch, I used Barefoot Contessa's toasted coconut marshmallow recipe, turned out much better. Sorry AB""
