Reviewed parker's beef stew

Dec 11, 2014 on

I had this at my sister's house and asked for the recipe. I made it for my family and they really loved the beef stew. It is just so comforting and delicious! Make sure to use the sun dried tomatoes. They add a deep, rich flavor. This recipe will be made many times.

Delicious and easy dish to make. The spices make the rice so flavorful. I made ahead the night before serving. Just brown chicken, veggies, rice and garlic then assemble all ingredients in pot and refrigerate. Add liquids when ready to cook and serve!

Loved this recipe! I added carrots, mushrooms, celery, red onion, red bell pepper and zucchini. Prep and cooking take a little bit of time, but very worth it. I did use 2 saute pans to speed up the process. I will be making this regularly for the family!""

Tastes and looks absolutely delicious. My guests really enjoyed the salmon cooked this way. I did broil a little longer than the recipe says. Perfect!

Reviewed BBQ Pork Sandwich

Aug 8, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

I made this for my daughter's birthday party and it was a big hit (even for the kids). I added spices to pork and let it sit overnight. Cooked pork in a crock pot the day prior to serving, refrigerated, then just reheated with bbq sauce in the crock pot a few hours before the party. Served with Hawaiian rolls and Ina's coleslaw. Yum!""
