Reviewed Mr. John's Meat-Stuffed Bell Peppers
"Fabulous, but I took even more over the top by substituting the ground pork with diced pancetta which I then rendered and browned. Then used the fat to sautee onions, etc. I used diced red and yellow peppers instead of green and upped the red pepper flakes to 1 tbsp. Yummy! (Bacon should be a fabulous substitute for pork as well."
