Holy Cow! I watched this episode yesterday and had to make this cake asap! It turned out so so so good! The smell of cinnamon filled my house, and the peaches were awesome! I felt like it was summer! The cake is moist and full of flavor, and the peaches are soft and sweet. Its a must try!

Amazing! My husband and I loved it so much! A suggestion to the people who thought that the dish tasted to much like wine, well, I used dry white cooking wine, and it was perfect. I dont drink wine, so I wont buy a bottle of drinking wine. I always use dry white wine or dry red wine when a recipe calls for regular wine, and it is a great substitute....
