"True to reviews, this dish is easy to make and very delicious. I went with the wilted spinach and used the salmon pan to give it taste. It was so flavorful and made you want to dig down to the bottom for spinach in every bite! I also sauteed fresh shrimp and added 3 pieces of shrimp to each plate for presentation. I wish I could post a picture. ;("
