Reviewed Chicken Parmesan
"this was great! i've made a couple other chicken parm recipes, and even the boyfriend said he liked the 'crust' on this one was better!! I did put the chicken on a wire rack on top of the cookie sheet like others suggested, and went a little lighter on the paprika, but the wheat bread crumbs and spray on the outside really were great!! used my own tomato sauce and pepper jack cheese. yum!
