Reviewed Fried Rice
"YUM! This was the BEST fried rice I've ever made! I did make a few substitutions, but pretty much followed the recipe. I used bacon instead of the ham and I saved the bacon drippings and used that in place of the oil. I used brown rice because that's what I had on hand, and it worked really well. I also served it with soy sauce. Other than that I stuck to the recipe and it turned out really well. I think I might make it again tonight!! :)"
