I used pre-made phyllo shells to make it MUCH easier on myself. I toasted them on 350 for 4 minutes then cooled before filling. The filling was the perfect amount for the 2 boxes of shells. I did top w/ a little more honey and would probably add a touch more butter next time, but they are sooo delicious and would be nice and easy to entertain with....
