I'm confused. Nowhere in this recipe does she say to use the uncooked marinade. It says to remove the meat from the marinade and "reserve" the marinade. After the meat is cooked you are adding the marinade back to the pot and cooking it. At the end it states to reserve the "Daube," and use that in the Macaronade, in which case the Daube has been...

It all depends on what % lean meat you used, and if the oz. are before or after cooking.

I'm making it for my family now. I'm on a diet, LOL, so I won't be trying it, but I'll let you know how they like it. Any other suggestions for items to use with it, other than graham crackers? I like to have a couple of options for 'em. I'm going to have the graham crackers, maybe pretzel sticks. Any other good ones??
