Made this last night...my first time with scallops! Super easy and delicious! It is now on our 'family favorite' list!

This is amazing!!! Made it the first time and it was my dinner because I couldn't stop eating it! Made it again for family and even cauliflower 'haters' loved it! Cooked 10 minutes longer second time because the florets were huge and I didn't cut them. Will make again and again!!!

I used lemon infused olive oil and also sprinkled some chopped fresh thyme on top of the parm. The two tablespoons of dry red wine really take this soup to another level! Will most definitely make again. Delicious!"
