Awesome. My 2nd time making it, I added a jalapeno (I am from Texas, wanted a little more heat) and a heaping teaspoon of cocoa. My husband LOVED it....it's a super meaty chili, and he is a 'where's the beef' kind of guy. It does cook down, and adding a beer if you need more liquid is a great idea. Thanks, Jamie!

Delicious. I just had 'plain' parmesan (aged). I did cook them for close to 10 minutes, and also flattened them out before baking them so you could actually see little spaces amongst the cheese.
