These are fantastic! I substituted rice vinegar for the white vinegar, as we have had success quick pickling with rice vinegar in the past. Everyone gobbled these up, including my 11 yr. old son. Highly recommend if you love Vietnamese Food!

This was fantastic. We also used fresh collards as rated before. Substituted a leek for the scallions because it was on hand. Very nice!"
