I did not like this. I was bummed because it looked and sounded so yummy. It was soooo greasy and oily. ! So greasy that just thinking of eating it again makes me nauseous.
I love everything ree makes but this was so so bad.
I even cut the mixture in half, and blotted the top with paper towels.

I used this as a base recipe. I did read other reviews that said it was too sweet, so I omitted the extra tablespoons of honey and sugar.
I also just used 2 cups of quick cook oats, and added 1 cup rice crispies, and only a 1/4 cups of sweetened coconut. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of salt, which helps balance the sweet.

This pie was so easy to make, I whipped it up in 10 minutes before I took my son to the pool.
