"made this for dinner last night. very good. the one thing that i would do for this is increase the red wine and broth/stock for more gravy. and i also would not add salt to the mushrooms. i did and it was just a little to salty for my taste. i would add the salt after the broth/stock and wine to the mushrooms. otherwise this was an excellent"
