Love all of your recipes, but this went terribly wrong! I had similar problems like: too oily, sweet, bland, they sank/fell in, and boiled over. I live in the Denver area, so altitude could be a problem, but not like this. What a waste of money and time!

This was awsome!!! Might have had the marinade a little too warm, since the cucumbers were a little limp. Couldn't find fresh bay leaves, so I simmered dry in the marinade for about 5 minutes, then cooled. They still were great! Will make this again, and again, and again!!!! Tks!""

These are killer brownies! Even better the next day! Although, I would cut the icing in half. Just too much icing for my taste. ;)"

I followed the recipe and added fresh garlic, chili pepper flakes and toasted sesame seed oil. Marinated for 2 hours. Pretty boring!!! I also grilled the chicken outside! Maby should have added hoisen sauce? Never do this again!"

I agree with the previous rates that said "don't rate unless tried"! They are idiots! AND.....whoever said there is not sugar in the recipe is more than an idiot! What do they think that condensed milk is???? Go figure! Paula, you are, and will always be the best!

My overall rating of 5 stars is because you should know the salt content of canned vegetables. If you know this (just like salted butter), you should adjust the amount of salt you add because of the salt in the canned veggies. I, personally don't have a problem with salt, because I like it. Just sayin'."

I don't know what happened, but I followed the recipe to a T. All I got was a glob of flour and milk. If you think about it... 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of milk will give you.....mush. Don't even think about the other ingredients, because they won't make a difference! Who posted this recipe????? What a waste of time and a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!...

My comment is to Aliso Viejo....If you think about the ingredients that are non-fat, you are going to get a really bland dish. I understand the idea of low-fat, but you have to improvise with other flavorings to replace the richness of food that is totally flat! Don't blame the chef, blame the cook!

In response to "gailhh", there really is no need to cut the bottom off the squash so it doesn't roll. Just place the squash cut side down in the dish, cover with about 1" of water and bake as usual. I do this with Butternut and Spaghetti Squash. When serving, pass around the butter, brown sugar, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, or whatever you like. &...

What are you thinking? CHUCK!!! No matter how you slice it, it will be tough! I agree that chuck is one of the most flavorable cuts of meat, but it has to be BRAISED for a long time to be tender! I guess you left that part out.....Ya' think? I'm sure you won't show this on the web site, but that's OK with me! Be more accurate next time!
