“I entertain a large group of family and friends every Sunday and if I don't serve this salad, everyone asks "how come you didn't serve the Orange Walnut Salad?"
I always buy extra greens and double the dressing to use during the week.
It keeps fine in the fridge. I use shallots as well for a milder version of the dressing.
