Reviewed Smoked Ham Hock and Cabbage Soup

Sep 11, 2013 in null on Food.com

Just like my recipe for ham hocks and cabbage soup, except I use apple cider vinegar and sometimes I use a combination of chicken stock and chicken broth instead of beef broth/stock. I also like to use whole pepper corns for flavor. I have also added red pepper flakes for extra zing."

This is the best coleslaw recipe I've made. It was similar to KFC, but too much lemon. I used fresh lemon juice, perhaps it would taste different with bottled. Next time I will use 2 Tbsp or even 1 1/2 Tbsp. but I will definitely make it again."
