Reviewed Baked Ziti with Spinach and Veal
"Delightful and different! I've made this twice now, once with veal, second time with ground pork and ground beef (because of veal's high cost. The second time I doubled the bechamel sauce I prepared, but only used 1-1/2 of it. What a great change from tomato based sauces. The bechamel sauce and nutmeg work beautifully with the whole wheat pasta for a refreshing taste. Make it with veal if you can, but it's great with substitutions as well."

Reviewed Sunday Pot Roast with Mushroom Gravy
"Great "down home" tastes and could not be simpler. My 4 lb. roast was finished in 2 hr. 15 min.
Added a slurry of corn starch & water to thicken the sauce. Delicious! Thanks Claire!
