"Delicious! The best broccoli soup I have made. No bread for the croutons so I garnished the soup with mini cheese crackers. It might sound kind of bad but was so delicious. Plus, the cracker garnish got my children to eat the soup. ""
Reviewed Penne with Braised Short Ribs
"This was outstanding. Made it the night before to let the flavors come together and served over rigatoni instead of penne because I thought the meat would go well with the big tubed pasta. I served it with an arugula salad, grilled asparagus and some crusty bread. Simply divine. Bonus...the adults loved it as well as the children. "

About Me
This is delicious and easy. I used it to frost eclairs making them look very glossy. Very pretty. BTW, ganache is supposed to be thinner than frosting.
