Reviewed Baked Felafel Sandwiches Recipe : Food Network

Sep 4, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

The texture was a little off and I added a little extra spice but I do think this is a good starting point. Mine held together fine but didn't stay as crispy as the usual fry technique.

Tasty. Glad I took other advice about the salt - even 1/2 a Tablespoon was a little too much! Had no trouble with sticking after I rubbed each potato wedge with a bit of canola oil."

Made with only the cauliflower for a low carb Indian meal and it was delicious! I thought it might need more of the spice mixture (by the look of it) but it turned out great exactly as written."

Excellent! Made this with the cauliflower/potato dish from the same show and it was terrific. I did forget to add the cream at the end but it was still very satisfying. Next time I may add a bit more spice."

This marinade/dressing is delicious! The steak was flavorful and tender after 4 hours in the fridge. Served with green lettuce and skipped the shallots. I did add peanuts for a little crunch. "

Tasty quiche. I only had one large leek and used different cheeses but it came out with a wonderful flavor and texture."

Reviewed Mum's Everyday Red Lentils

Aug 14, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was delicious! I was a little worried when my lentils weren't "whisk-able" (or all that flavorful) after 45 minutes. I really wanted that thick, mashed consistency and spicy flavor, so I continued to simmer for a full hour and a half, and it was worth it! Will make it again soon remembering to allow for an extra hour.""
