Reviewed Wilted Escarole
"So whatever you do don't substitute trivia for the sugar....really not good. I don't think I like escarole so I was liberal with rating."
Reviewed Simple/Easy Stuffed Roast Chicken With Gravy (For Beginners)
"This recipe was simple and delicious. The gravy instructions were easy enough for anyone to do and the result was excellent!"
Reviewed All American Beef Taco
"Didn't follow recipe to the tee and it still turned out very good. Recipe said to use all of the Potion. I did not have the corn starch so I left it out and it was fine. Very easy and much cheaper then buying the seasonings. I would recommend this recipe.""
Reviewed Beets with Orange Vinaigrette
"Beets are not my favorite however, with this recipe I find myself returning to it time after time. The oranges tone down the beet and they each compliment. The vinegar adds a whole new dimension and together this salad is one of my favorites. I also take some of this salad and add it to a garden salad to rev it up!""
Reviewed Cuban Beans
"Did not like this one. It seemed like more work then it was worth. I don't think I liked the taste of the ham hock. I would not make this recipe again."
Reviewed Squid Saute with Tomatoes and Garlic
"Superb recipe! Very easy to make - my father and my husband liked it. If you cut up the tomatoes and cilantro and make the garlic and oil ahead, as well as dry and cut the squid, it would only take 5 minutes for cooking when you get home from a long days work. Next time I'm going to try a small bit of lime right at the end of cooking."

Reviewed Mexican Tortilla Pizza
"I made this recipe with both the large flour tortilla and the corn tortillas. The flour held up better - both were delicious. We don't like cabbage and we did put a small amount of weight watchers cheese on it....was fantastic!!!! My husband puts jalapenos on everything so I topped his pizza with a whole jalapeno cut up....he loved it."
