My Activity

Reviewed Souvlaki (Wicked Kebabs

"This is nearly identical to my father's recipe for lamb souvlaki, or "spiedies" as they're called around Binghamton, NY. This is a perfect marinade for all meat and/or poultry kabobs!! TRULY delicious!"

Reviewed Corn Casserole

"Even though I drained the can of whole corn it was extremely runny. It was also very bland. I won't make this again"

Reviewed Meatless Muffaletta Panini

"This is truly delicious, wonderful, and a meal by itself! You won't miss the meat at all but the quality of the bread is crucial; use a thick-crusted rustic bread. I even hollow it out a bit so I can get more filling inside. This is the perfect sammie!!! ""

Reviewed Smoky Greens with Cranberries

Reviewed Company Pot Roast

"Sorry to disagree with everyone but I thought this tasted very mediocre. I had all the ingredients except leeks and cognac but I don't think their ommission made that much difference. A lot of work for such mundane results."

Reviewed Gina's Sweet Potato Salad

"I love sweet potatoes and couldn't wait to try this but like many others I found it to be fairly tasteless. I found it hard to believe Pat and Gina did NOT add cayenne pepper, which seems to show up in all their food and is excessive (in my opinion. Who wants everything to taste like cayenne????) but that's what this dish may have needed. The texture is good but it sure needs something to add some pep to it.

Reviewed Marrakesh Chicken

"So are we supposed to just imagine what "Moroccan spice" might consist of?? And the spices are what's supposed to really make this dish but they don't give a clue what they might be. But the Foodnetwork people never read these reviews anyway, so they never get corrected or ammended............we're on our own here. Good luck.
