Reviewed Lemon Rosemary Marinated Grilled Halibut
"WOW! Can't believe this was so easy and was so good. The fish was a thick piece of halibut and was so very moist. We marinated the fish for about 45 minutes, and it still tasted like halibut...the marinade was just so mellow. Will make it again. Thanks, Bobby."
Reviewed Snap Pea and Cucumber Salad
"This is an awesome recipe! Served it with grilled halibut and brown rice. And so very easy...will make it again for sure!"
Reviewed Meatballs a la Pizzaiola
"Since we don't eat a lot of red meat, I used ground turkey and 2 Italian sausages. Other wise I followed the recipe.. My husband thought the meatballs were the best. Cooked them about 15 minutes after browning, just because it was poultry. Served them with spaghetti, and Giada's Marinara sauce. We have plenty of meatballs left so will enjoy them"
Reviewed Hoisin Pork With Rice
"This was awesome! Although I never read what to do with the remaining sauce..hmm. We are only 2 older folks, so 1/2 of a tenderloin worked just fine, and plenty left over for another meal. The carrot salad was great, and I did add a bit of sesame oil to it, and more ginger than it called for. Will become a favorite in our book. Thanks Food Ne"

My husband thinks it would be better to make the sauce and serve with pasta as a side to grilled meat or fish of any kind! But we will at least make the sauce again. Thinking of putt"

Reviewed Chicken Meuniere with Tomato and Parsley Sauce
"This was terrific! Followed the recipe as written, thinking I might miss having garlic. Garlic would have taken away from the lemon zest and capers. Thanks Giada, a new family favorite."
