I did not do the pork chops,just the slaw, as i saw it in the Food Network magazine. We served it with bar b q chicken. The slaw was the best, and my husband loved it. Sent the recipe to several friends and hope they too enjoy it as much as we did. Definitely a keeper!"

Since we don't eat a lot of red meat, I used ground turkey and 2 Italian sausages. Other wise I followed the recipe.. My husband thought the meatballs were the best. Cooked them about 15 minutes after browning, just because it was poultry. Served them with spaghetti, and Giada's Marinara sauce. We have plenty of meatballs left so will enjoy them"

The sauce was relish! Unfortunately I had some thinner pork chops, and yes they were dry. I did grate 2 cloves of garlic into the sauce and grated a whole lemon.
