Reviewed Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
"Super yummy. I reduced sugars down to 3/4 cup white and 3/4 brown sugar and still tasted great. Then, I added an icing. The icing was 2 cups powered sugar and 3-4 tablespoon of fresh OJ--yum!! Also, added some dried cherries to cookies, fun spin.""
Reviewed Kathleen King's Double Chocolate Almond Cookies
"Cookies are yummy and fun! A few modifications: used 1-1/2 tspn of vanilla, 3 sticks of butter a bit too much, so 2-3/4 sticks of butter was perfect. For fun, we added toasted almonds to some, dried cherries and then green mints. The green mint chips were a huge hit!""
Reviewed Pumpkin Bread
"Worked great for us! A few minor changes to make healthier: We added 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple, grated carrot and for water we used the pineapple juice from out canned crushed pineapple. Added 1/2 cup of fine flax seed. We cut out 1/2 cup sugar. By using the pineapple it was perfectly sweet. Oh yeah...added some choc. chips for the kids. ;)""
Reviewed Lemon Cake
