Great recipe.....very light and not overly seasoned. I took the advice of another reviewer and used tomatoe sauce in the meat mixture instead of ketchup. I made a mixture of ketchup, chile powder and a little brown sugar to put on top the last 5 minutes of baking."

This was great. I wrapped the pork in foil after marinating, cooked on grill for about 12 min. There was about 1/2 cup of juice in foil which I saved. After cooking in foil I grilled directly on grill till browned and cooked through. Slice about 1/2 inch medallions and pour saved juice over each slice....so good!"

Reviewed V's Crock Pot Bottom Round Roast

This was great! we were tired of grilled food already this summer and I had the roast in freezer. The only thing I added were some chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and fresh herbs from my garden. Use wine you would drink!"
