My husband is Sicilian and Korean, so my cooking strengths are in those two cuisines so much so that my 14 year old stepson will not eat spaghetti sauce unless it has been cooked by me or my mother in law :) I myself am very much a "sauce snob". I also have an interest in wild edibles and can easily make a meal (right down to the drinks) from a walk on my 14 acres. My husband and I love raw oysters. Our favorite is The Oyster House on Sansom Street Philadelphia. Good oysters are hard to come by in Harrisburg!
