Reviewed Chicken Spaghetti
"I've made this twice now. The first time, I followed the recipe to a tee. The vegetables were too undercooked and the family didn't like it. This time I sauteed the veggies just until they were tender. I also used rotisserie chicken (huge time saver and instead of cayenne pepper, I used Tony Chacherie's cajun seasoning. It's much better this time. "
Reviewed Tomato Feta Salad
"This recipe is totally yummy. I left off the onion, because I don't like raw onion. I also cut the salt in half. Feta is super salty, so I was afraid it would be too salty. It was fantastic!"
"I tweaked this a bit and omitted the peas, because I really don't like peas. I also added way more chicken stock, an extra carton and the full 12 oz bag of noodles. It's quite yummy! "
"Although we enjoyed the recipe, I did cut back the red pepper flakes in half and it was still nearly too spicy for the kids to eat. I think I will cut back the flower next time too since it ended up incredibly thick. It was super tasty though, but I can't imagine how spicy it would have been with the full amount of red pepper."
