My Activity

Reviewed Puntine di Maiale con Polenta: Pork Ribs with Polenta

"I made this recipe twice. 1st time with the old typo for salt on the Polenta. Yikes - what a salt bomb. 2nd time I used boneless country spare ribs and they dried out durung the braising process. Bone in is the way to go. Still sauce was tasty and grilled polenta - yum! "

Reviewed Polenta

"LOL - Wish I had read the reviews first. What a salt bomb. Made another batch with 2 teaspoons. Much better! ""

Reviewed Pepperoni and Cheese Scrambled Eggs

"This recipe was very tasty. I have had a bottle of grapeseed oil around, this is the first time I used it. The scallions on top are a nice touch. I did use a very good grade of pepperoni, and cut it myself. "
