Reviewed Brown Rice, Tomatoes and Basil
"Very tasty; however I think I over cooked the rice. It wouldve been alot better hadn't I done so. Not any fault of the recipe, just my mistake. Will try it again this time keeping a stern eye on the rice. Great recipe though. Didnt use the full cup of basil, about half over it. Still added the zest though"

Single Mom who enjoys finding new and exciting recipes to try for family and friends. Started a little late in the game when it comes to cooking. However, I am slowing gaining an appreciation for the art.
