I always go to Ina first when searching for a recipe on FoodNetwork and she did not disappoint me ! Only major modifications I made were to slice the sweet potatoes thinner (like regular fries), did not have coriander seeds so used 3/4t of ground, tossed everything together in a bowl before putting on the baking sheet to make sure all the sweet potatoes...
